Registration and Tuition

Enrollment forms will be made available here.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • FALL SEMESTER:  September-December.  Typically a 16 week program.
  • WINTER/SPRING SEMESTER:  January-May.  Typically a 20 week program.
  • SUMMER SEMESTER: June-August.  Typically a 6-8 week program.
  • Please note the class dates listed on your enrollment form.
  • Total cost is $55/month for one class or $100/month for both classes when available. Payments can be made via cash, check, Zelle or Venmo.  Look for details on the enrollment form.
  • Monthly payments for the Fall Semester are due Sept. 1, Oct. 1, Nov. 1 and Dec. 1.  Winter/Spring Semester payments due Jan. 1, Feb. 1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1 and May 1.  Summer payments due June 1 and July 1.
  • I will assume you are enrolling for the full semester unless I receive written notice otherwise.
  • There are three semesters each year:  (1)Fall, (2)Winter/Spring, (3)Summer.  Please fill out the most current enrollment form.
  • Tuition must be paid on time to participate in class.  Reminders are sent via email, so be sure to include your email address on the enrollment form.
  • You can enroll at any time.  Tuition can be adjusted for a late start.
  • Tuition is due the first of each month.  Sometimes days carry over into the next month.
  • CLASS LENGTH: All classes are 35 minutes.
  • DRESS: DUE TO COVID-19, I AM AKSING STUDENTS TO REMOVE THEIR SHOES AND PARTICIPATE IN SOCKS.  No special clothing or costumes are  required.  It is recommended that students come to school prepared to move in comfortable clothing and shoes that can be removed easily with straps.  Tie laces are tricky at this age…please avoid if possible.
  • HAIR:  It is important that girls pull their hair off the neck in a low ponytail for gymnastics!
  • SHOWTIME: An “Informance” (an informal performance) is usually held at the end of the Fall and Winter/Spring semesters.  Due to COVID-19, there is a chance that performances will not be held for 2021-2022. It is important to note that the school performances are for parents and siblings only as there is not enough space for each child to bring guests.  The performances will count as a ‘class’ for the month.  No costume is required.  It is my intention to make this program affordable for all families.  Costumes are expensive and unnecessary at this age.  There is no performance in the summer.

MAKE-UP  CLASSES

  • Any classes missed due to instructor illness or cancellation will be made up!  No refunds will be given unless under extreme circumstances.  Make-up classes will be held during the semester if possible, or will occur at the end of the semester.
