Gymnastics is an amazing foundation for sport and physical activity!   Gymnastics will help your child develop strength, coordination, balance, agility and control of motor skills.  Children love to use their natural energy to explore the challenges of gymnastics.  Class includes a warm-up, stretching, strengthening, tumbling, bar and beam work.  Activities are presented in a FUN and SAFE manner, keeping with the current trends in our industry.

Dance. It’s never too early to expose children to music and movement.  Children love to move, pretend and create! We use these natural tendencies to gently introduce them to the world of dance.   This class is based on the concept of creative movement.  We will learn stretching, movement sequences, gross motor skills, rhythm, pre-ballet exercises,  pre-tap exercises, dance concepts and across the floor steps.  Colorful props and themes are always used.   Dancers will learn to move in their own space, wait their turn, play cooperatively and respect others.

YOGA is used to stretch the body and calm the mind. Yoga provides many health benefits.  Physically it will enhance a child’s flexibility, coordination, strength and body awareness.  Mentally, it will boost their ability to calm themselves and concentrate.  Yoga for children is very different than yoga for adults!  While doing yoga, children move, play and connect with the world around them.  The children will become co-creators of the exercises!  Stories will be told, games will be played and the children will be given the opportunity to create, share and explore.
